Sushan Screening is the cornerstone to your success. It requires a serious commitment from you and our staff, usually an investment of two to three hours. It allows us to capitalize on your individual strengths. Here's how it works:
Prescreening: This process involves a variety of steps: the initial phone consultation, resume review, scheduling, skills evaluation and reference verification. Testing: Tests are designed to assess each Applicant's ability to perform job-related tasks and their knowledge of various products. Tests reveal the Applicant's skills and help Sushan determine if the Applicant possesses the skills necessary to perform the position determined by the Client. Interview with Sushan: Now, Sushan focuses on you. We make a personalised connection - a face to face consultation. Your education, experience and training all add up to make you one of a kind. What motivates you - meaning, excitement, flexibility, importance or reward? We listen, we guide and counsel, we give strategic advice. Interpretation and Evaluation: Finally, we help you define your options. A full picture of you is now in place. To achieve your full potential, our Consultants will work with you to hone and polish your job-search skills, resume and most importantly, your overall job strategy in the market. The Interview with the Client: When we identify you for a specific position, we prepare you for the interviewing process with management. We educate you about our Client's history and products or services. We review the position's essential functions, duties, and responsibilities (EFDR). We coach, guide and mentor you through the job search process. Followup and Feedback: After the interview, immediate follow up and feedback is imperative. Feedback supports the validity of the job search process as well as the goals, objectives and interests of both parties. Feedback moves the job search process forward. Clear, direct and responsive communication enhances and maximizes the prospect for a professional, satisfactory relationship between the Client, the Candidate and Sushan. |
